Wood cableway Larix H 3-650

Larix H3-650 is cableway system based on hydraulic drive, designed for transporting wood on a plane and to uphill and downhill. Wood can be transported in semi-tow or in full-tow. Larix H3-650 contains 3 ropes: skyline, main line and haulback line. This cableway system is universal and cost effective. Larix H is equipped with hydrostatic drive of drums with the possibility of automatic, computer controlled, trolley ride and with integrated synchronization control of the drums and the trolley. The cableway is controlled by two radio stations both from the forest and from the control station of the cableway.

 

Benefits:

1) The cableway is constructed  as a separate trailer with its own drive unit IVECO , four cylinders, turbodiesel 125 hp.
2) Very simple and reliable hydraulic system of hydrostatic drives SAUER-DANFOSS ensures maximal performance, perfect control of the movement of the ropes. Interlock system between main line and haulback line ensures harmonization of winding and unwinding of the ropes with minimal consumption for braking.
3) Automatic and programmable speed control of the trolley loaded and unloaded as well.
4) Hydraulic controlled drum with assembly rope eases work and shortens the time required for construction of the cableway.
5) Continuous automatic tension of skyline for permanently safe rope tension.
