Leonardo IEFHR


      Due to the increasing machine operators migration within the EU, certain types of problems appear; mostly with different level of knowledges in various fields or with the operator's orientation in the new conditions of foreign country.
      The Leonardo IEFHR project is aimed at the operators' mobility problematics and divided into three groups:

      • Full Pole Extraction (skidders, France)
      • Cut To Length Extraction (harvesters + forwarders, Finland)
      • Cable Systems Extraction (Czech Republic)

      Next partners are Sweden and Ireland, that is also the Project Co-ordinator.

      The project's main goal is to create specialized courses curricula, both in the areas of technological knowledges (Curriculum A) and information on the country visited (Curriculum B). In spite of the both Curricula are intended for needs of the interested specialized training centres, some parts of Curriculum B can be used as an informational material for everybody travelling abroad to one of the partner countries.
