Disc trencher

Nowadays, there are three different types of the disc trencher:

• Disc trencher TPF-1N
• Double disc trencher TPF-2
• Double disc trencher suspended on a forwarder TPF-2V

Disc trenchers are proposed for stripe or partial soil preparation for both planting and natural regeneration on heavily weed infested sites.

Disc trenchers TPF-1N are suspended on a three-point hitch of an agricultural tractor. Hydraulic oil propelling the hydromotor of the trencher is taken from the tractor's outer outlet. Minimum oil feed is 40 l.min-1.Double disc trenchers TPF-2 are suspended on a skidder's shield or on a three-point hitch of an agricultural tractor with a minimum output of 60 kW. The suspension of the TPF-2V is adjusted to the forwarder's frame construction.

Minimum oil feed for the disc trencher TPF-2's hydromotors is 70 – 80 l.min-1. The both types' discs can be tilted at  20°, 32° a 45° in view of the trencher's transversal axis. The 12-teeth disc is a standard equipment.
